Clear rules for listings, rankings, bids, payments, and destination safety.

A transparent ranking system

BidPeak applies the same server-enforced ranking rules to every active listing. Paid priority is determined by verified bids, while free discovery is determined by recent qualified activity.

Ranking order

How positions are calculated on every BidPeak leaderboard.

Paid listings always appear above free listings.
Paid listings are ordered by active bid from highest to lowest. Equal bids retain the older active bid position.
Free listings are ordered by qualified clicks from the previous seven days, followed by the most recent qualified click and publication date.
Free-listing activity never changes the position of a paid listing.
One listing receives worldwide, category, and country ranks from the same active bid.

Bids and increases

The requirements for creating or increasing paid placement.

The first paid bid must be between $5 and $999,999 in whole US dollars.
A normal bid increase may be as small as $1.
Taking worldwide #1 requires at least $5 more than the current worldwide leader.
An existing paid listing pays only the difference between its current bid and desired bid.
A verified first bid upgrades an existing free listing without changing its public page, slug, clicks, or listing history.

Free listings

Publishing without an account, login, or payment.

An eligible website may be listed for free after automated validation.
Free publication is immediate when validation succeeds; submissions are not placed in a pending queue.
A free listing remains public unless it is suspended or removed for safety, legal, or policy reasons.
Anyone may place the first bid on an existing free listing.
Duplicate destinations resolve to the existing listing instead of creating another record.

Destination and content safety

Requirements that apply to every submitted destination.

Only supported public web destinations using safe protocols may be submitted.
Private networks, credential-bearing URLs, unsafe redirects, redirect loops, and unsafe final destinations are rejected.
Pornography, malware, phishing, scams, illegal services, dangerous downloads, impersonation, and prohibited invitation links are not allowed.
Submitted names and descriptions must accurately represent the destination and may not contain markup or deceptive claims.
Tracking and recognized referral parameters may be removed when destinations are normalized.

Checkout and payment

Ranks remain live during checkout

A checkout does not reserve a position. Another verified bid may change the required rank before payment processing completes.

Only a completed, server-verified payment activates a bid. If a concurrent change makes the checkout invalid, the bid is not applied and the payment is handled according to the payment and refund policies.

Disputes, reversals, and chargebacks may suspend the affected listing while the payment is reviewed.

Placement is not a performance guarantee

A bid purchases a changing leaderboard position. BidPeak does not guarantee clicks, traffic, leads, revenue, sales, availability, or permanent rank. Other listings may increase their bids at any time.
