This policy explains how BidPeak handles information when you browse the service, submit a listing, follow an outbound link, or place a bid. BidPeak does not require user accounts.

We process submitted listing details, normalized destination URLs, categories, countries, bids, payment references, listing activity, qualified-click records, limited referral information, device category, and security events.

Submitted listing information is intended for public display. Do not submit confidential information in a listing name or description.

Checkout is provided by a third-party payment provider displayed during checkout. That provider directly processes buyer contact, billing, and payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

BidPeak receives the identifiers, status, amount, currency, fee, and related transaction information required to verify payment, activate bids, reconcile orders, and handle refunds or disputes. BidPeak does not receive or store complete card credentials.

BidPeak uses first-party anonymous identifiers and rotating salted hashes to estimate visitors, qualify outbound clicks, reduce rapid duplicates, apply rate limits, and detect obvious automation.

Raw IP addresses are not persisted in product analytics. Limited technical request information may still be processed temporarily for security, fraud prevention, and reliable service operation.

Information is used to publish and rank listings, inspect destinations, verify payments, process redirects, qualify clicks, prevent abuse, enforce policies, reconcile transactions, respond to support requests, and measure service reliability.

Public listing information is visible to anyone. Operational information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, databases, analytics, security, and payment processing, subject to their applicable agreements.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, payments, users, or the integrity of the service.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce policies, resolve disputes, maintain financial records, and meet legal obligations. Operational analytics may be aggregated or deleted when no longer required.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
